Returns process:

- Series, color, size and quantity.

- No invoice.

- Reason for return.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on most products within 30 days of receipt from the distributor. Most of the products sold at Safetop are subject to the general return policy, however some of them have certain particularities when it comes to returning them. Please consult our after-sales department about each particular product. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Therefore, the products new must be returned new, unused and complete. .
