AIFLOW WELD UN-PR03 is designed for welders demanding technology, quality, and ergonomics in a single system. Its auto-darkening screen with DIN 4-8/9-13 range and 1/1/1/2 optical provides a clear view of the weld pool, while the switching time of 1/25000 s protects eyes even in sudden arc changes. The TH3 PR SL blower unit with P3 filter, steel pre-filter, and active carbon provides clean air against fumes and particles, with three airflow levels (170/210/250 l/min) to suit each process. The lower clear visor enables inspection and positioning without removing the helmet, enhancing precision and safety.
Designed for long shifts, it integrates a 7–11 h battery with full charge in 3 h, low battery and filter change alerts, and bayonet connection for quick maintenance. Its impact and heat-resistant construction and total weight of approx. 2040 g balance durability and comfort, delivering excellent value for demanding workshops.
Usage suggestions: adjust airflow according to the process (TIG, MIG/MAG, electrode), check filter condition before each shift, and schedule recharge at the end of the day for maximum availability. Use the lower visor for inspections between passes without lifting the screen.
