Return policy

We offer a30-day return guarantee on most products within 30 days of receipt from the distributor. Most of the products sold at Safetop are subject to the general return policy, however some of them have certain particularities when it comes to returning them. Please consult our after-sales department about each particular product. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.

Please note that we will not receive merchandise without prior authorization. All goods arriving at our facilities must include this document duly completed. Please attach this document in a visible place on the outside of the box:
