Forged aluminium and stainless steel axle with MBS 25 kN and factor 5:1 for maximum reliability with ropes <13.5 mm.
The MINI PULLEY is designed for professionals who require performance and safety in an ultra-compact format. Its forged aluminium casing reduces weight without sacrificing robustness, while the stainless steel main axle ensures durability and stability in continuous work. With an MBS of 25 kN and a WLL of 5 kN, it offers a 5:1 safety margin for material hoisting and pulling operations. Its dimensions of 80x44x37 mm facilitate its use in tight spaces and modular setups, optimising time and reducing effort. Outstanding manufacturing quality and value for money make it a reliable solution for workshops, industrial maintenance, nautical and temporary assemblies. Usage suggestions: assembly of simple pulley systems for rope redirection, tensioning and positioning of loads, and force multiplication in material hoisting manoeuvres. Important: not suitable for lifting people.
Use cases:
- Hoisting and pulling systems for materials in construction, industry and maintenance (not people).
- Redirection of ropes and force multiplication in tensioning tarpaulins, temporary structures and scaffolding.
- Nautical and 4x4 applications for manoeuvring loads, material recovery and cord organisation.
- Packaging unit
Is the inspection of fall-arrest PPE mandatory?
