Professional and adjustable solution for access and rescue in confined spaces, compatible with manual winch for hoisting and lowering people. Notable for its 3 integrated upper pulleys and non-slip rubber feet that maximise control, stability, and safety.

The AS Series Tripod is designed for rescue and maintenance teams that need reliability, quick deployment, and total control in confined spaces. Its adjustable anchor point (1.5–2.5 m) and the 3 integrated upper pulleys optimise hoisting/lowering manoeuvres with a manual winch, reducing friction and improving precision. The base with reinforced non-slip rubber feet offers superior stability on varied surfaces, while its contained weight (21.05 kg) facilitates transport and assembly.

Quality and technology combine in a robust structure that offers an outstanding balance between safety, ergonomics, and value for money. The range of working height (1.37–2.32 m) and the tripod opening (1.39–2.17 m) allow it to be adapted to different accesses, manholes, and industrial environments.

Usage suggestions:
- Combine with a manual winch (15/25/35 m) and certified fall arrest systems for rescue operations and safe access.
- Verify ground leveling and correct settlement of non-slip feet before each manoeuvre.
- Plan the rope route through the upper pulleys to minimise friction and optimise load control.
- Train the team in hoisting/lowering procedures and in prior inspections of anchor points.

Elevate your safety, master the rescue.

Use cases:
- Rescue and evacuation operations in treatment plants, sewer networks, and underground tanks.
- Maintenance and inspection work in silos, wells, machinery pits, and technical galleries.
- Industrial interventions in confined spaces of chemical, energy, and water treatment plants.

Is the inspection of fall-arrest PPE mandatory?

All fall-arrest equipment must undergo a mandatory annual inspection starting from the date of its first use, in accordance with the UNE EN 365:2005 standard. This inspection ensures that the equipment maintains its safety conditions. The user must record the date of first use in the corresponding inspection sheet.

Inspection frequency: Once per year.

Who is authorized to inspect the equipment?

Inspections of Safetop fall-arrest equipment can only be carried out by Safetop or by a Safetop-authorized person.

  • Safetop-certified distributors
Only distributors trained and certified by Safetop are authorized to perform inspections of our PPE. This specialized training enables them to identify defects, monitor material condition, and issue valid inspection reports.
  • Safetop inspection technical service
We offer our own technical inspection service for fall-arrest equipment, exclusively for distributors. End users should not send equipment directly; instead, they must manage it through their supply partner.
  • Safetop-authorized personnel
Safetop provides technical inspection courses for suppliers, enabling them to become authorized inspection centers.
