Quick installation with a 19 mm wrench and pre-configured kits (10/20/30 m), with option of sliding trolley.
The SELF-INSTALLED LIFELINE KIT FOR 20m SHEET is designed to reliably anchor to any metal roof, even when the sheet is less than 0.6 mm fixed to the purlins. Its engineering prioritises quality and ease of assembly: just a 19 mm wrench for quick, clean, and repeatable installation.
Suitable for up to 4 simultaneous users, this solution optimises work in straight lines, maintaining continuous safety and reducing downtime. The possibility of incorporating a sliding trolley increases movement fluidity and minimises disconnections, improving the ergonomics of work at height.
With kits in standardised lengths and compatibility for use as a lanyard (EN354), it offers an excellent quality-price ratio for maintenance, assembly, and operation of facilities on the roof. Its robust and modular design simplifies inspections and replacements, ensuring operational availability.
Recommended for maintenance technicians, installers, and prevention services seeking reliability with agile assembly and recognised standards.
Install in minutes, work safely always.
Use cases:
- Installation of straight lifelines on sheet metal roofs of industrial warehouses and logistics centres.
- Maintenance of solar panels, air conditioning, and antennas on metal roofs with continuous movement via sliding trolley.
- Inspection and cleaning interventions on light roofs with fixation to purlins when the sheet is <0.6 mm.

Is the inspection of fall-arrest PPE mandatory?
All fall-arrest equipment must undergo a mandatory annual inspection starting from the date of its first use, in accordance with the UNE EN 365:2005 standard. This inspection ensures that the equipment maintains its safety conditions. The user must record the date of first use in the corresponding inspection sheet.
Inspection frequency: Once per year.
