AIRFACE raises the standard of safety and productivity in environments with dust and particles. Its impact-resistant, optical grade 1 polycarbonate visor and extra wide 160º clear side screen provide a superior field of vision for grinding, assembly, and light welding, reducing errors and fatigue. PSL filtration technology with pre-filter and change alarm ensures constant protection and optimised operational cost by extending the life of the main filter. Ergonomics is key: the robust harness adjustable in height, width, inclination, and length fits precisely even over corrective glasses. With two selectable flow rates (180 l/m and 220 l/m with a 2-second touch), the user adjusts the flow according to the task. Autonomy of 9–10 hours (over 16 hours with long-duration battery), alongside fast charging of 4 hours and low battery alarm, allows planning of shifts without stoppages.
Usage suggestions: verify sealing before each shift, maintain and replace pre-filters timely to maximise filter life, and choose the appropriate flow rate depending on particle concentration. Complement with hearing PPE and gloves according to risk assessment.
