ANCHORAGE FOR SANDWICH SHEET +0.50mm WITH RIVETS AND HOOK
· Permanent, stainless steel.
· For sheets thicker than 0.5 mm.
· Achieves 30 kN resistance.
· 360º load rotation direction.
· APPLICATIONS: mounting on trapezoidal sheet. With higher static resistance.
· EN795; CEN/TS/16415
Its 30 kN resistance and 360º load rotation maximise versatility and reduce unwanted strain in any direction.
Designed for demanding professionals, the anchorage Ref. 80188 offers a permanent connection point on sandwich sheets with a thickness =0.5 mm. Its stainless steel construction ensures high resistance to corrosion and reduced maintenance, while the 360º rotation capacity prevents twists in lines and connectors. Certified EN795 and CEN/TS 16415, it reaches 30 kN, offering confidence in work at heights. Installation with rivets is quick and reliable on trapezoidal sheet, optimising time and costs without sacrificing safety. Recommendations: check thickness and support, use suitable rivets and conduct regular inspections in accordance with regulations. Ideal for integrating into fall protection systems or as a single anchorage point on metal roofs. Safety that rotates with you.
Use cases:
- Anchorage point for maintenance work on trapezoidal sandwich sheet roofs (solar, air conditioning, skylights).
- Integration in lifelines or as standalone anchorage on metal roofs with a thickness =0.5 mm.
- Accesses and tasks on sandwich panel facades where load guidance with 360º rotation is required.
